Hi there! I am Ewa Litke,

I’m a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Brussels, Belgium. I teach online and in-person classes in English and Polish. It doesn’t matter what stage of your life you’re in, whether you’re an exhausted parent or a successful yet overworked high achiever.
