Private yoga classes
There are many reasons why individual and group (up to 3 persons) private classes are a great solution for you, Dear Yogi!
- Your agenda is fully packed, so fitting your yoga in is hard? With a private yoga set-up, your class schedule works on your terms. Instead of struggling to get to your class on time, you can make it come to you.
- Do you have any health issues, are you pregnant or maybe you simply need more time to focus on specific areas of your body? Are you searching for classes tailored to your unique concerns and situation? When you practice privately, I can design the class around your health concerns or potential injuries, ensuring all of your needs are met.
- You don’t like group classes, with overcrowded rooms and few chances to get feedback from the teacher? Establish or deepen your practice in the comfort of your own home, office, or other preferred space with personalized instruction.
What to expect from a private yoga practice with me?
- A free individual consultation (30 min.) prior to the first class.
- Packages of 4 or 8 sessions valid for up to 2 months.
- An opportunity to practice in-person and online.
