I’m a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Brussels, Belgium. I teach online and in-person classes in English and Polish. It doesn’t matter what stage of your life you’re in, whether you’re an exhausted parent or a successful yet overworked high achiever. I do believe we all deserve a break and time to take care of ourselves. I’m here for you to help you to slow down and balance your energy through mindfulness and yoga.
